Warwickshire 0-19 Service

From Monday 1st December 2025, your local Health Visiting and School Nursing Services will come together under a new name – Warwickshire Child and Family Wellbeing, provided by HCRG Care Group.

This new, joined-up service will support children, young people and families from birth, through school, and up to age 19 (or 25 for those with special educational needs or disabilities).
