Inclusion at Hillmorton Primary School
We are deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment where every pupil feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. We believe that inclusion is not just a policy—it's a mindset that shapes everything we do. To ensure that all our pupils have equal opportunities to access learning, we have developed a dedicated Inclusion Team made up of experienced and passionate staff members.
This team works closely with teachers, pupils, and families to identify and remove barriers to learning, providing tailored support that meets the individual needs of every child. Whether through differentiated teaching strategies, targeted interventions, or collaborative planning, our goal is to make sure every pupil can thrive and achieve their full potential in a nurturing and respectful learning environment.
