Behaviour at Hillmorton Primary School
At Hillmorton Primary School, we believe that positive relationships and mutual respect are the foundations of a happy and successful learning environment. Our Behaviour Policy sets clear expectations that help every child to feel safe, valued, and ready to learn. We focus on teaching and celebrating positive behaviour, supporting children to make good choices, and helping them to understand and learn from mistakes. Staff use consistent approaches rooted in care, fairness, and restorative practice to maintain a calm and inclusive atmosphere. Working in partnership with parents and carers, we aim to nurture responsible, kind, and resilient learners who contribute positively to our school community and beyond.
